Happy March!
As we enter a new month, I want to share something I heard upon waking from a deep sleep one-day last week. I was grateful to have my phone on the bedside table to record it. Here's what I heard.
Jesus was set in time to redeem time. He is a redemption that brought calm and order into space. The redemption of Jesus’ blood brought about a cosmic effect in the heavens that brought redemption to the world. Jesus said, "He came into the world and not of this world. He exists in language, yet he transcends the physical realm. He’s the center of truth. He is the resurrection laugh. He first loved us so that we may be loved."
Reflecting on these words, I understood that God desires more of us to recognize that whether you're emerging from a challenging season or a joyful one, Jesus has been and continues to be present with you and within you. He wants you to know that through His resurrection power, He has given us a laugh—a laugh that brings joy solely from the Father. You belong to Him, and He belongs to you. This laughter will help you endure much, as it originates from the depths of your spirit and is connected to Him. Ecclesiastes 3:4 states, “A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance,” and Psalm 2:4 says, “He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision.” The laughter of God is holy and powerful, revealing the beauty of His authority and power.
That space in time can be calmed by the words of our Testimony according to Revelations 12:11, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Your testimony of what you have been through can change lives because Christ Jesus was in it. He is in the space and even in the places that you never thought He would be in. He even said, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Jesus has triumphed over everything, and as a result, we possess that triumphant spirit because Jesus dwells within us. Through us, we gain strength from the power of the Holy Spirit. This week, reflect on the magnificence and strength of His greatness.
